Move Well Practice offers private, one-on-one movement sessions for active adults over 40 who want to move with strength, ease, and confidence - now and over time. Each session is personalized and tailored to your body, your goals, and your real life - not rigid programs or one-size-fits-all approaches.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private sessions are designed to meet you where you are and evolve with you over time.
Each session includes:

Sessions are 60 minutes and offered in-home or virtually, based on your preference.

3 Sessions - $330 | $110 per session: A strong starting point to assess movement patterns and begin building a personalized foundation.
5 Sessions - $525 | $105 per session: Build consistency, reinforce changes, and create meaningful, lasting progress.
