Hi, I’m Christine — and I help people move well for life.


For more than a decade, I’ve worked with active adults who want to stay strong, recover well, and feel at home in their bodies as they age. My approach is thoughtful and supportive, focused on building strength and resilience over time — without extremes or one-size-fits-all solutions.

I work primarily with people over 40 who are already living full, active lives and want their movement practice to support that — not compete with it. Sessions are personalized and alignment-informed, designed around real life: how you move day to day, how you train, how you recover, and how you want to keep showing up in the years ahead.
